I loved to workout before I was a mom, but now it's imperative to preserve my sanity... Finding the time to workout as a new mom is hard and the idea of showing up with your new baby (and baby weight) is downright intimidating. Luckily, I have found some great places to workout with (and without!) my little one...


Asana Charlestown ~ Mom & Baby Barre
Thursdays 10:30-11:15am

{Meagan is a wonderful, welcoming instructor and a mom herself. An added bonus, Sorelle coffee across the street is where you can catch up with the moms after class.}

Xtend Barre ~ Babies on Board Barre
Mondays and Wednesdays 11:00-11:45am

Recycle Studio South End ~ Sitters while mom spins
Tuesdays & Thursdays 8:30-9:15am

{$10 Summer Sitters will watch your little one while you sweat it out on the bike.}

BTone North End ~ Sitters while mom exercises
Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays 9:30-10:15am

{A $5 sitter watches your baby while you lengthen and strengthen your body on the reformer.}
